At OLEX and Brussels, 1,000 fed cattle were on offer.

At OLEX, cows are selling at fully steady prices. At Brussels, veal is selling on a good active trade at higher prices.

Cows: $66.00 – $77.00

From Ontario Pork:

Quebec’s average price on Wednesday was $206.32 per ckg D.W. 100 index.

*The previous markets day’s CME Constructed (201) price was $84.01 U.S. per cwt. D.W.

Compared to the previous day this was up $0.66

Today we expect the CME Constructed (201) price to increase $0.33

At the Chicago Board of Trade, corn futures are moderately higher:

JUL19 up 7 at $3.76 1/2

DEC19 up 5 3/4 at $3.94 1/2

Soybean futures are narrowly mixed:

JUL19 up 2 1/4 at $8.37 3/4

NOV19 up 2 3/4 at $8.62 1/2

Chatham-Kent cash corn:

$4.87 – $4.87/bu, $191.53 – $191.53/mt.

Chatham-Kent cash soybeans:

$10.30 – $10.43/bu, $378.37 – $383.15/mt.

Grain Farmers Terminal Wheat Bids:

Soft White $6.20/bu, $227.81/mt.

Hard Red $6.27/bu, $230.38/mt.

Soft Red $6.06/bu, $222.67/mt.

Red Spring $6.10/bu, $224.14/mt.
