At OLEX and Brussels, 885 fed cattle were on offer. At OLEX, cows are selling on a steady trade. At Brussels, veal calves are also selling steady.

Cows: $66.00 – $77.00

From Ontario Pork:

Quebec’s average price on Wednesday was $147.68 per ckg D.W. 100 index. The previous markets day’s CME Constructed (201) price was $56.41 U.S. per cwt. D.W. Compared to the previous day this was unchanged

Today we expect the CME Constructed (201) price to increase $0.11

At the Chicago Board of Trade, corn futures are slightly to moderately lower:

MAY20 down 7 at $3.67 1/2

DEC20 down 4 at $3.77 1/2

Soybean futures are slightly lower:

MAY20 down 3 1/2 at $8.88 1/2

NOV20 down 4 1/2 at $9.08 1/2

Chatham-Kent cash corn:

$5.04 – $5.08/bu, $198.22 – $199.79/mt.

Chatham-Kent cash soybeans:

$11.30 – $11.39/bu, $415.02 -$418.33/mt.

Grain Farmers Terminal Wheat Bids:

Soft White $7.33/bu, $269.33/mt.

Hard Red $7.53/bu, $276.68/mt.

Soft Red $7.33/bu, $269.33/mt.

Red Spring $6.62/bu, $243.25/mt.
